Unni Kvernhusvik SagbergNorwegian Centre for International Cooperation in Education (SIU), Norway
Unni Kvernhusvik works at the Norwegian Centre for International Cooperation in Education (SIU) where she is coordinating a Norwegian-funded mobility programme in addition to the international mobility action under the Erasmus+ programme. She previously worked at the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, University of Bergen (UiB) where she was in charge of doctoral education, mobility of doctoral candidates and supporting consortia planning as well as running joint degree programmes, mainly at PhD level. Prior to these positions, she worked for seven years at the Centre for International Health at the University of Bergen where she was administrative coordinator for an Erasmus Mundus master programme, amongst others. Her academic background is in Political Science, Law and French from the University of Bergen, including one semester at L’Institute des Etudes Politiques in Strasbourg. She has participated in the European Life Long Learning, JOIMAN, where the aim was to create common guidelines and good practice examples on the administrative issues related to Joint Degrees management. Unni has been both a speaker and a chair at sessions of related topics during the EAIE Conferences. In addition, she has been a trainer on joint and double degrees at the EAIE Academy since 2011. She is a Steering group member of the EAIE Expert Community European Programme Management.
