Stand packages
You can purchase your stand design package through EA Exhibitions once you book your stand space on the EAIE Exhibition floor plan. Both purchasing a space and a stand design take place in the Exhibitor Portal Toddoo.
Spaces that are 36m² or smaller can book a Basic Shell Scheme or Premium Stand package. Please refer to the Exhibitor Kit for the most up-to-date pricing information and see what each package includes.
Spaces that are 24m² or larger can opt for a Free Build stand, ie a stand with a custom design and build. Please contact EA Exhibitions to request a quote for a sustainable custom design option or select one of the available modular stand design packages in the shop in the Exhibitor portal.
Exhibitor staff registration entitlements
All space bookings have a number of free conference registrations included to register your exhibitor staff. Please see the free registrations entitlements per stand size below:

Stands larger than 36 m² have one registration per 6 m² of booked space included.
EAIE no longer offers reduced registration fees for exhibitors. In compensation, the amount of free registrations included has been increased per square metre.
You can register your staff for the Exhibition and Conference when general registration opens in late May 2024. Staff registration includes:
- Access to the Exhibition
- Access to all sessions
- Access to all free networking events (pre-registration may be required)
- Lunches and coffee breaks on exhibition days (Wednesday–Friday)
If you would like to register for additional events such as Campus Experiences or other networking events (subject to availability), you can do so at an additional cost.
Please note: We do not issue 'exhibitor only' passes.
Add-ons for Free Build stands
Rise above the rest by building a stand higher than the regular 2.5 m height. This option is available for Free Build stands (materials and set up cost at exhibitors' expense). This extension is charged at 10% of the stand cost (+VAT).
Free Build stands can also opt to add hanging signs. This option is charged at 10% of the stand cost (+VAT) and does not include materials and cost for hanging.
