EU citizens do not need a visa to enter the Netherlands. Visitors from non-EU countries may require a visa and must possess a passport valid for at least three months. Please check the official IND website for more information. The EAIE will issue visa invitation letters to participants from countries requiring a visa to enter the Netherlands, but only upon receipt of full payment of the registration fee. Please note that we do not give any further support to the visa application process. Obtaining a visa remains the sole responsibility of the participant. Regular cancellation deadlines apply, regardless of whether your visa was granted.
The following information outlines the cancellation policy for the EAIE Academy as stated in the official EAIE Terms and Conditions.

Refunds due to participant cancellation will be processed after the event. Please refer to the general EAIE Terms and Conditions for more information.
Please note that no exception will be made if your visa application is declined. Obtaining a visa and all the associated costs is the sole responsibility of the participant. The EAIE cannot assist in the visa application process other than in the issue of a letter of ‘invitation to attend’. The letter of invitation is only issued once full payment has been received.
If a course does not receive a sufficient number of participants, we may be forced to cancel the course. We will do this no later than 21 October 2024. All registered participants will receive a full refund of any registration fees paid. We cannot be held liable for any costs you might have incurred in the interim (eg flight tickets).
