Join expert trainers for a hands-on course on how to get the best out of your summer school and short-term programmes. Registration for this course will open later in the year.
This interactive course led by trainers Alexander Heinz and Gyöngyi Pozsgai will show you how to maximise the value of your summer school and short-term programmes whilst putting students first in planning and implementation. The course will also help you to present your work to internal stakeholders with confidence.
This training course will equip you to deal with the market challenges of international summer schools and short-term programmes. You will learn to navigate shifting or unclear institutional goals and think more strategically about programme development, longer-term planning and operations. The course structure allows participants some time to discuss their individual experiences and questions. In addition, you will benefit from the worldwide networking of our trainers, who will introduce you to best practices from a variety of institutions.
Compiled by the Summer School EAIE Expert Community, this course will develop your professional expertise in summer schools and short-term education programming and offer networking opportunities with a vibrant community of peers in this increasingly dynamic area. Get the best out of your summer school and short-term programmes by defining institutional objectives and evaluating your existing programmes whilst considering future programme evolution.
This workshop is designed for professionals who are looking for new perspectives. It doesn’t matter whether you have limited experience or some years of experience in summer and short-term programme management.
