Cosmopolitanism is a concept distorted by history through association with notions of rootlessness, restlessness and homelessness. But because it relates to travel, diversity, and identity, cosmopolitanism also characterises much of the international student experience. This campfire discussion explores ways in which various articulations of cosmopolitanism strengthens discourses around international education, adding coherence and meaning to the education of students the world over.
