Veronika Kupriyanova is the Senior Policy Coordinator at the Academic Cooperation Association (ACA). She has almost fifteen years of experience in the design, implementation, coordination and evaluation of EU policy initiatives and projects in higher education and research. In her current position, Veronika is responsible for monitoring, analysing, and consulting ACA members on key European policies and programmes in the field of higher education and research while serving as the co-chair of ACA’s thematic peer group “European policies and programmes”. Before joining ACA, Veronika worked as Policy Analyst at the European University Association (EUA) focusing on funding, institutional autonomy and governance, as well as on efficiency and effectiveness in the higher education context. She has gained hands-on experience in university collaborations at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) and the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (HUB). Veronika studied International Relations and holds a joint master’s degree in World Politics from the Moscow State University of International Relations (MGIMO) and the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po). Since 2022 she is serving as an EAIE Associate in the European Collaborative Programmes Expert Community.
