Join trainers Margherita Pasquini and Gyöngyi Pozsgai to reimagine short‑term programmes with strategies that boost their quality, relevance and long‑term impact.
As student expectations shift and sustainability pressures rise, institutions are re‑evaluating how short‑term programmes (including summer schools, winter schools and micro-credentials) can stay competitive, financially viable and aligned with internationalisation goals. If your current offerings need a refresh, this course provides the framework to do so. Over two days of interactive learning at The Social Hub Amsterdam City, you’ll gain practical tools to redesign programmes with academic value, environmental responsibility and strategic growth in mind, supported by real examples, peer insights and expert guidance.
Through case studies, peer learning and solution-focused discussions, you will be invited to critically rethink how short-term programmes are designed, developed, promoted, and managed. You’ll learn how to align them with institutional goals, embed authentic cultural and experiential learning and draw on global trends. At the same time, you’ll build professional connections that support collaboration, partnerships and shared innovation in short-term education.
This course is designed for higher education professionals with some prior experience developing or managing short-term programmes who now want to elevate their work. If you oversee summer or winter schools, blended intensive programmes, or faculty-led initiatives, this training helps you solve common challenges.
