Tayyeb is Deputy Vice President (Global Business Development) at King’s College London. Tayyeb was previously Director International at the same institution. In 2015, he conceptualised and oversaw the establishment of the King’s-Peking University Health Sciences Center Joint Institute for Medical Research. Previously he was responsible for reforming King's Worldwide as a centralised, multi-faceted international office and developing key partnerships. He is a former director of executive education, having successfully founded the King's Summer School in 2009 and King's Professional and Executive Development in 2010. Tayyeb has extensive experience with international commercial ventures. He is presently co-chair of the London higher education institutions’ Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Forum, a steering group member for Knowledge London and Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts. Tayyeb is currently a member of EAIE’s Professional Development Committee.
