Martyn Huckerby

Martyn is an International Partner in the Corporate Group of the Shanghai office of King and Wood Mallesons, where he specialises in corporate, regulatory, competition/antitrust and telecommunications law. He graduated with first class honours in Arts and Law from the University of Technology Sydney, and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia. Martyn has advised on a range of completed acquisitions and distribution arrangements in China, he has also advised on numerous employment matters. Martyn is recognised by a number of legal directories for his regulatory and competition law expertise, and was recently appointed by the Hong Kong Competition Commission as a Non-Government Advisor to the International Competition Network. He has been ranked as a leading competition/antitrust lawyer for China and Hong Kong in Chambers Asia 2016. Martyn is an active member of the EAIE Expert Community Access and Diversity.
