Add a profile picture, share a little about yourself, and update your preferences to get the most out of the app. To appear in the Participant Directory, simply go to Profile and click Manage to make your profile visible. Messaging and meeting scheduling are available when both participants have enabled these features in their profiles.

With improved functionality, you can easily set up meetings with one or more participants. Simply create your meeting, choose a location and who will be there and send the invite. Once a meeting is confirmed by all invitees, it’s automatically added to both schedules, and everyone gets notified right away. No back-and-forth, just simple, effortless scheduling.

Enhanced security checks will be in place at SEC Glasgow for the duration of EAIE Glasgow 2026, in line with the UK's national threat level. These measures are set by the venue and national authorities, not by EAIE, and apply to all events at SEC Glasgow during this period. Please arrive with extra time to pass through security.
