The EAIE Conference App will remain available after the event, allowing you to revisit your schedule, session materials and key conference information. Presentation handouts will be available starting next week. Participant messaging and the Participant Directory will remain available until 02 October.

🧩 Complete your profile and get discovered
A complete profile lets people know who you are. Add a profile picture, share a little about yourself, and update your preferences to get the most out of the app. To appear in the Participant Directory, simply go to Profile and click Manage to make your profile visible. Messaging and meeting scheduling are available when both participants have enabled these features in their profiles.

📆 Schedule meetings
With improved functionality, you can easily set up meetings with one or more participants. Simply create your meeting, choose a location and who will be there and send the invite. Once a meeting is confirmed by all invitees, it’s automatically added to both schedules, and everyone gets notified right away. No back-and-forth, just simple, effortless scheduling.

💬 Explore our participant directory
Looking to connect with other participants? Look up the Participant directory to find fellow participants, speakers, and exhibitors. Use the built-in messaging and meeting scheduling feature to chat and start key conversations during the event.

🤝 Exchange contacts and grow your network
Meeting new people is one of the highlights of EAIE. Use the app's My Connections feature to exchange digital business cards and keep track of the people you meet. You can exchange contact details by scanning a participant's QR code, either in the conference app or on their conference badge. After scanning, you'll have the option to add a note before saving the connection. Every participant whose QR code you scan will automatically be added to your My Connections contact list. This makes it easy to keep track of new contacts and continue conversations long after EAIE 2026 has ended.

💻 Access the app via other devices. If you’re more likely to use your laptop during the conference days, you’re not limited to your phone. You can also access all app pages on your desktop or laptop in a browser. 

After registering for the conference, you can still add extra activities to your booking to make your experience even more rewarding. Whether you want to kickstart your day with a bit of exercise, meet old and new faces at our Opening Reception or gain hands-on guidance on a specific topic, you're free to choose as many activities as you like—as long as the timings don't overlap

• Campus Experiences: These immersive excursions will take you outside the main venue to visit local institutions and connect with faculty and students.
• Opening Reception: Gather with fellow participants at the OVO Hydro for an evening of Scottish hospitality and lively conversation.
• Networking Events: Our networking events are designed to help you connect with fellow participants in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
• Morning exercises: Start your conference day feeling refreshed and energised with a mindfulness session or early-bird yoga.

❗ Important: Have you booked your lunch slot for both Wednesday and Thursday yet? This is a required part of your booking, and your selected lunch times will be printed on your badge.

The EAIE Community Platform is your year-round space to connect and exchange with the EAIE community, not just during the conference period. It’s where conversations start early, continue throughout the year and grow beyond the event itself.

Currency check: The UK uses the Pound Sterling (GBP). Most places accept card payments, but it's a good idea to check with your bank about fees or bring a small amount of cash just in case. Please note, the SEC Centre is a cashless venue.
