Magdalena Kozula is an International Relations graduate and an internationalisation professional. Currently, an independent consultant and a lecturer at the WSB University in Wroclaw, Magdalena has been awarded the Fulbright Grant for the 2020–2021 academic year to pursue studies in international higher education.

During her career, she had a chance to work in many areas, including promotion, recruitment, Internationalisation at home and diversity issues. From 2017–2019, she served as a Chief Communication Specialist at the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA). Before that, she worked for 4 years at WSB University in Wroclaw, Poland, first as an International Student Advisor and later becoming Head of the International Students Office, where she was responsible for marketing abroad and the recruitment process of international students. From 2012–2013, she gained professional experience working in marketing at the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy in Berlin. She is also a member of SIETAR Poland and author of several articles on higher education issues, such as the first publication relating fully to internationalisation in Poland (“Internationalization and marketing of universities”, Jagiellonian University Press 2019). Magdalena gained experience as a speaker at several conferences in the field, most recently at EAIR in Leiden. She is an Associate of the EAIE Expert Community Marketing and Recruitment.
