Magdalena Kozula is Policy & Advocacy Officer at Coimbra Group of Universities in Brussels, where she oversees the policy developments in higher education and works closely with 40 member universities from Europe. She is a Fulbright Program alumna (2020-21) and a graduate of International Relations (MA from the University of Wroclaw) and International Higher Education (MA from Boston College). 

During her career, she had a chance to work in many areas, including promotion, recruitment, internationalisation at home and diversity issues. From 2017–2019, she served as a Chief Communication Specialist at the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA). Before that, she worked for 4 years at WSB University in Wroclaw, Poland, first as an International Student Advisor and later becoming Head of the International Students Office, where she was responsible for marketing abroad and the recruitment process of international students. She is the author of several articles on higher education issues in Poland, such as the “Internationalization and marketing of universities” (Jagiellonian University Press 2019). Magdalena served as a Steering group member of the Expert Community Marketing and Recruitment from 2020 to 2022.
