How can we successfully navigate courageous conversations? In this workshop, we invite you to critically engage with the culturally sensitive topics you encounter in your professional life. We will explore the concept of ‘critical incidents’ and reflect on authentic case studies. Our objectives are to promote constructive discussions in which preferred approaches are shared and common difficulties are identified, and to provide participants with resources they can exploit.
