Study abroad and student mobility are seen as positive indicators for enhanced employability; students will need to dive deeper if they want to maximise the employability benefits of their mobility. This session will bring together the topic of competence development during learning as well as the International Student Lifecycle to better understand the mindset of the student and tailor learning opportunities to the mobility phase they are going through.
