Session 10.13

From paperwork to people work: How to turn international officers from administrators to coaches

Despite ongoing digitalisation efforts, the Erasmus+ programme still requires documentation and bureaucracy. Do international officers function mostly as administrative support to deal with the paperwork, or do they work on coaching students to better opportunities in life? This session will tackle the topics of further simplification and European Education Area integration, with trust in each other at the core of improving the student experience.
