The digital age is a real double edge sword. While these tools can be wonderful servants they can be terrible masters. An avalanche of emails, texts, and social-media alerts seriously threaten productivity as never before. 41% of the average person’s working day is spent on writing, reading and answering emails. Few of us have had training on how to use email well as a tool for effective communication and collaboration. This session shares an approach to improve your emailing, and enables you and your team to discuss and commit to practical steps to improve the email culture around them.
