The world that awaits our students upon graduation is changing faster than ever before. As educators, we have to support the young generation by helping them understand the complex global world of work that awaits them. This session will focus on equality, diversity and inclusion in relation to the internationalisation of education and employability. We will draw on research findings and engage in debate to determine how to help all students become global citizens.
