Marketing and Recruitment presents: Transforming higher education marketing with data and AI

Since the launch of ChatGPT, everyone has been discussing the impact of AI in various contexts, including higher education. This session explores how data-driven approaches and artificial intelligence are reshaping the strategies and practices that can employed by educational institutions to connect with prospective students. After all, AI is more than just a "simple" text/image generation tool. Examples will illustrate the use of AI and data for customer interaction in industries other than higher education, showing how it can be done and what our sector can learn from these.
