Charles Darwin once said: “It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is able best to adapt and adjust to the changing environment in which it finds itself.” How can we teach a student to adapt? In most industries, the catalyst of change is innovation. Innovating education helps prepare students for a dynamic workplace by providing them opportunities to develop skills such as creativity, adaptability, and resilience. In this session, participants will explore in-depth what this innovation could look like, share examples, discuss the steps to take and the roles and responsibilities needed.
