Session 04.12

Beyond traditional education: Students leading the way to employability

Can you imagine an international programme that has no curriculum, tests or a set timetable but still meets accreditation requirements and stays high up in the rankings? In this session, we will share our experiences from universities that have changed their educational approach in order to enhance students’ employability. Our approaches have two things in common: students lead the way on their own development and employability path; and companies are heavily involved.
