Poster session 201

Overcoming the challenges of a small, remote population in developing the (higher) education system of Suriname

  • Thursday 26 Sept
    10:30-12:00
  • Hall 3, Level 0, Messukeskus Expo and Convention Centre

Suriname is a large country in South America with a small multi-ethnic, multicultural and multi-religious population. The size of the country’s landmass, together with its small, diverse population (many of whom live in remote areas) means that ensuring a good education system for all poses a great concern in terms of the future development of the country. This poster will explain the challenges and discuss potential solutions.
