Using mindfulness-based interventions for promoting well-being and intercultural adjustment

Mindfulness has become a popular psychological remedy against all sorts of stress-related concerns. It has also been found useful in promoting both international student mental health and intercultural adjustment. This session features three experts on the topic who will not only explain mindfulness science and theory, but provide participants with concrete and very practical examples of how mindfulness-based interventions can be used in day-to-day international student counselling and support.
