Session 06.12

Why alumni relations is integral to internationalisation: the University of Edinburgh case study

Education providers are motivated to find and engage former students distributed across countries and over continents. This session begins with a review of six value propositions for global alumni relations, including an interactive assessment for prioritising next steps for building an engagement framework. The University of Edinburgh case study outlines a comprehensive institutional approach working with alumni in priority markets to widen international work-based experiences for all students.
