Major challenges for international students finding employment in their host countries is related to the lack of language skills and local networks. These factors place international students in an unequal position compared to their local peers. How do career services incorporate the voices and concerns of international students when devising employability strategies? This session explores best practice examples from the Universities of Helsinki, Jyväskylä and Leiden.
