In the world of diplomacy and strategic intelligence, the art of negotiations is at the very heart of a running a successful organisation. This talk is designed to provide practical guidance prior to, during and post negotiations. It then looks specifically at why we ‘like’ and ‘trust’ a message/proposal. It finishes by providing practical ways to inspire a positive, likeable and authentic perception in a target audience.
