This session will focus on the value of sustainable international partnerships within the African higher education sector. In this session, the speakers will unpack the three main themes: experience in creating partnerships that are engaged with local reality; experience of ‘triple helix’ collaboration; and, identifying opportunities for collaboration with the African higher education sector. The speakers will use examples from their context to illuminate these three themes.
