Jeanine Gregersen-Hermans

Dr Jeanine Gregersen-Hermans is a member of the Supervisory Board of Thomas More University and is connected to the research centre ‘Sustainable International Business’, at Zuyd University, the Netherlands. She is an affiliate faculty member of the Center for Higher Education Internationalisation (CHEI) of the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, where she supervises and mentors PhD students. She is a certified Earth Charter Educator. In her current research, she focuses on the intersections between internationalisation, intercultural competence development, education for sustainable development, and the implications for the curriculum and training of academic staff. She currently is involved in two Erasmus Collaborative Partnership Projects: Inclusive Comprehensive Internationalisation (ICI), and Innovating Business Education for Responsible Global Minds (IBE-ReGloMi). As a researcher-practitioner, she publishes on the internationalisation of higher education. Her latest book is titled Internationalising Programmes in Higher Education co-authored with Karen Lauridsen.

Jeanine is a long–serving member and EAIE Award winner and was active as a senior trainer, member and chair of the former Study Abroad and Student Advising Expert Community, member of the EAIE Professional Development Committee and the General Council.
