Bertrand Laborde

Bertrand Laborde is Director of University Value at StudyPortals, working with hundreds of universities to increase the success of their marketing actions and solve their international recruitment challenges. He is member of the Steering group of the EAIE Expert Community Marketing and Recruitment. He is passionate with higher education and believes that a more peaceful world needs more people studying abroad. Bertrand has attended all EAIE conferences since Copenhagen in 2011 and presented in three marketing and recruitment sessions. Bertrand has been involved in StudyPortals’ Intelligence Unit since 2009. He there focuses on utilising new methods and technologies to accurately measure and improve performance of higher education marketing. Bertrand has 7 years’ experience in working with mostly French, German, Spanish and Italian universities to increase the success of their marketing activities, writing and presenting on the topic multiple times. Bertrand graduated in 2011 from a double degree programme in Industrial Engineering between Grenoble Institute of Technology (France), and Eindhoven University of Technology (the Netherlands).
