Marina Casals Sala was presented with the Rising Star award in 2009. The Award’s Committee recognised her as an enthusiastic Board member of the EAIE Professional Section International Relations Managers (IRM) and as a speaker at many sessions and workshops. At the time that she received this award, Marina was Head of the Internationalisation Unit at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili in Tarragona, Spain.
