Internationalisation and employability: success factors in student exchange

Audiology alumi students from Lund University were included in a follow-up study regarding success factors linked to international exchange studies and employability. Findings indicate that longer exchange periods at the master level seem to impact career opportunities and employability. Longer exchanges also influence both professional identification and practice. It is concluded that these success factors are important to consider when planning for future international possibilities.
