Communities of action with impact: supporting lecturers in co-creating inclusive internationalised home curricula

Internationalisation of the home curriculum is a social practice of ongoing collaboration. How can we draw on educational change theory to engage lecturers in communities of action? How can we use these communities to enhance internationalisation practices and equip lecturers in the process? Based on Dutch and Colombian cases, in this session we will explore how to support lecturers in co-creating inclusive internationalisation practices through research, community building and collaboration.
