The professional becomes personal!

Prospective employers are intrigued by international experiences but do not always recognise the value of the soft skills and perspectives acquired. In this poster session, we will look at the merits of setting up a programme to coach students on how to market their international experience and new-found perspectives to employers. This is also a creative incentive for students to engage in personal reflection, particularly at a time of significant world events such as the pandemic.
