A failure of academic staff to get involved can result in internationalisation drift and perpetuate harmful global patterns. This session will look at how professional development opportunities for academic staff to dive deep into internationalisation in the context of their discipline can act as a rudder to help them navigate educational aims. It can also improve their understanding of what internationalisation means across disciplines as we work to solve global issues.
