Resilience strategies for a new normal: a Costa Rican case study

At Veritas University in Costa Rica, we had to implement an action plan swiftly during the pandemic, retraining faculty and adapting our programmes and systems so that we could teach online. In this poster session, we will show how we put together and implemented our action plan in the face of the need to continue providing quality international education.
