Mindfulness: Stepping off the autopilot

How and when do we operate on autopilot mode? Why is it important to be able to step off it? This session will focus on the mindfulness of the body and breath. You will learn the practice of the three Step Breathing Space that you can use throughout the day when you feel your autopilot kicking in.
