Post-pandemic, institutions hosting international students are challenged to do a better job of retaining them. Cultural adaptation and inclusion continue to be key considerations in this process. In this campfire session, international educators from the Netherlands and the US will lead a conversation about strategies to support the retention and success of international students. Audience members will share their experiences, facilitating cultural connections to promote academic success.
