Future scenarios: Effective development and implementation of joint programmes (SOLD OUT)
- Tuesday 26 Sept
09:00-17:00 - Rotterdam D, Level 2, Rotterdam Ahoy
- Level: Intermediate
- €319 (€419 for non-members)
Joint programmes are one of the most effective tools for the internationalisation processes of higher education institutions in Europe and beyond. An extensive body of knowledge on the topic has been produced over the years, but the scenario is rapidly changing thanks to emerging approaches, tools, strategies and needs from universities, students, policymakers and employers. This workshop aims to address the current challenges and opportunities related to the development and implementation of joint programmes, in light of the overarching priorities of the European Commission and recent developments such as the European Universities Initiative and the joint European degree label.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
At the end of this workshop, you’ll be able to:
- develop new joint programmes or reform existing ones by addressing current trends and European Commission priorities;
- apply first-hand information and best practices from real-life cases;
- access specific digital tools and hands-on instructions;
- understand the implementation of the joint European degree label.
This workshop is targeted at International Relations Officers, developers and managers of joint programmes and double degree programmes, university managers in charge of strategic alliances, European University Initiative Alliance representatives, COIL experts and digitalisation officers.
