Life skill: Avoid ‘death by PowerPoint’

  • Wednesday 27 Sept
  • Dock 14, Level 1, Rotterdam Ahoy
  • Level: All

‘Death by PowerPoint’ – we’ve all been there. The presenter reading the text-based slides, just going on and on… you stopped listening long ago. PowerPoint itself gets a bit of a bad rap these days. Many people see it as outdated and old-fashioned. But the truth is, it's not PowerPoint that makes for a poor presentation – it's how we choose to use it. This session shares insights into the art and science of effective presentation and getting better results when communicating with others.
