To message and schedule meetings with other participants, make sure your messaging and directory visibility are both turned on in your profile settings. Simply click on your profile and then 'Manage' to opt into both of these settings.

Whether you’re using it on your smartphone or through a browser, the app brings the entire event to life. Navigate the venue in Glasgow, connect with fellow participants and explore exhibitor offerings; it’s your go-to companion throughout the event.

Participants can go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and search for EAIE Conference & Exhibition and to download the free app. Once you open the app, select the logo for the 36th Annual EAIE Conference & Exhibition and enter the email address linked to your EAIE account.

🧩 Complete your profile for better connections
Add a profile picture, update your details, and set your preferences to get the most out of the app. Make sure your profile is visible in the Participant directory by going to ‘Profile’ and clicking ‘Manage’. You will need to toggle on ‘Appear in social directory’ and ‘Available for messaging’ to message or schedule meetings with other participants. You’ll only be able to message participants who have also enabled this feature.

Browse sessions by day, topic, or category and create a personalised schedule.
💬 Connect with the community
Search the Participant directory to find fellow participants, speakers, and exhibitors. Use the built-in messaging and meeting scheduling features to chat and network ahead of the event.
📆 Schedule one-on-one meetings
With improved functionality, you can easily set up meetings with one or more participants. Simply create your meeting, choose a location and who will be there and send the invite. Invitees will be notified and can choose to accept or decline.

Receive real-time updates on sessions, announcements, and last-minute changes. You’ll also find practical details about EAIE areas, opening hours, and more.

Presentation materials and handouts will be available in the app after the event.
How to get started
- Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). You can also access the app via desktop here.
- Search for EAIE Conference & Exhibition and download the free app
- Open the app and select the logo for the 36th Annual EAIE Conference & Exhibition
- Enter the email address linked to your EAIE account and click "Email me a link"
- Open the login email on your device and click "Log in now"
- Use the menu at the bottom to customise your experience — and you’re ready to go!
