There are many challenges and opportunities in virtual exchange and collaboration. In this session, we will look at the experiences of three teacher education departments based in Ghana, Norway and Denmark. We will focus on the pros and cons involved in developing global teaching skills in North–South exchange, and we will reflect on how the students’ experiences can inform pedagogical practices.
