Poster sessions

Poster sessions are designed to present your original ideas and innovations in research, as well as new techniques or technologies being used to facilitate the internationalisation of higher education, in poster format. Speakers should work with graphic designers to produce an interesting and enticing poster that inspires participants to discuss it with the presenter and those around them.

Format

Poster sessions can be attended by all participants. They require a combination of text and graphics in a poster format, based on a specific topic in international higher education. The poster session format allows participants to network and browse through the poster board area, study the information and discuss it with speakers during a 90-minute time slot.

Criteria

All poster session proposals are assessed based on the quality and relevance of the content, and their value within the context of the EAIE (eg diversity of subject matters, audience, Expert Community topics, conference theme, etc). Speakers are expected to be available for a 90-minute time slot during the conference to present and discuss their poster and best practice examples with participants.
