Lucienne is Director of International Development at NEOMA Business School, France where she is responsible for developing and implementing NEOMA’s global strategy, establishing strategic alliances worldwide and maintaining and expanding relations with NEOMA’s international network of educational, non-profit and corporate partners. Before joining NEOMA, Lucienne guided 900+ business schools on high quality performance and continuous improvement in her role as vice president of accreditation at AACSB International. Prior to that, Lucienne worked for 20 years in training/workforce development, first as director of workforce development for the municipality of Rotterdam and later as programme director for a large non-profit in the USA. Lucienne is an effective leader, is well networked within the business school community and has in-depth knowledge of strategic management, organisational effectiveness and internationalisation of higher (management) education and the related (AACSB/EQUIS) accreditation standards. She has a Master’s in management, leadership and organisational effectiveness from the University of South Florida, USA, a Master’s in research methodology in management science from Instituto de Empresa, Spain and a Bachelor’s in career guidance counselling from Academy of Man and Labor in Tilburg, the Netherlands. Lucienne was a member of the Steering group of the EAIE Expert Community Business Education from 2016–2018.
