Tibor Ágotai: Student accommodation – a frontline view

1000x667_Podcast_Tibor Agotai

As students prepare to return to their dormitories and apartments for the beginning of the new academic year, we examine the long and sometimes complex processes they have to follow to secure lodgings suitable to their needs and expectations.

Reckoning with budgets and priorities, coming to grips with university bureaucracies and navigating intricate housing markets can present serious challenges, and even more so for international students. What are the best available options to find accommodation? How are institutions supporting international students? How has the pandemic changed the picture? Join us for this episode of the EAIE podcast as we ask all these questions and many more to our new podcast guest, Tibor Ágotai, the international coordinator of dormitories at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest.
