Session 02.09

Teaching medical sciences in English: how to work effectively in a multilingual classroom

There is a need to equip academics teaching medical and healthcare sciences in English with skills allowing them to work effectively in today’s multicultural and multilingual classrooms. In this interactive session, you will be invited to reflect on and debunk many assumptions that are made about teaching and learning. The CLILMED project partners (from Hungary, Poland, and Sweden) will provide you with a look at how research-based practice can enhance quality education.
