Student Exchange Coordinator

Your Role(s)
- Mobility Coordinator: You are the central point of contact for the organisation of study-abroad programmes – for both outgoing and incoming students. You also confidently cover for your colleagues when required
- Erasmus+ Officer: You ensure that all guidelines and regulations of the Erasmus+ programme in the area of student mobility are implemented correctly. You maintain an overview and ensure smooth and compliant processes
- Advisor: With your sensitivity to individual needs, you provide comprehensive advice to students regarding their study-abroad opportunities – in German and English. You professionally organise and conduct information sessions
- Digital Manager: You oversee processes within the "Mobility Online" system, continuously optimise workflows and ensure efficient and digital mobility administration
- Event Planner: From Welcome Weeks and Farewell Events to exciting excursions – you create memorable experiences for international students and foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Your Qualifications
- You hold a relevant academic degree (Diploma or Master’s) or a secondary school qualification (Matura) with at least five years of relevant professional experience in the field of student exchange
- You have excellent German and English language skills (the interview will be in German and English)
- You bring strong intercultural competencies and international experience
- You enjoy working with students and demonstrate a high level of service orientation
- You have solid IT skills and are willing to familiarise yourself with new systems
- You work in a structured and independent manner, are a team player and reliable
Your Prospects
- Workload: 100% (full-time, 40h per week)
- Salary: minimum gross annual salary of EUR 65.985 (based on full-time employment). The actual salary depends on qualifications and experience.
