Institutional Outreach & Engagement Manager

As Institutional Outreach & Engagement Manager you will play a pivotal role in expanding and strengthening the EAIE community. By cultivating relationships with key stakeholders at international offices of universities and other institutions in the higher education sector, promoting EAIE’s membership and training portfolio, and bringing insights from the field into the organisation, you will ensure that our offerings remain relevant, impactful, and valuable. Your work directly contributes to growth in the uptake of our services and activities, and ultimately the further enhancement of the EAIE’s reputation as the go-to association for international higher education. You will report to the Head of Partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead meetings with key individuals and organisations in the field.
- Manage a calendar of outreach activities, including events, brainstorm meetings, and communication opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong community connections and act as a liaison between the EAIE and its stakeholders.
- Promote EAIE training and membership by offering tailored solutions that meet the needs of individuals and organisations and lead to higher uptake.
- Monitor community needs and emerging trends and reporting back to colleagues for continuous improvement.
- Represent the EAIE at events and maintain relationships through structured follow-up.
Requirements
- Work experience of 5-8 years in a similar position.
- BA or MA Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Higher Education Management, International Relations or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in sales of training/education and or membership.
- Extensive understanding of and network in the field of international higher education (in Europe).
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Flexible to travel and attend events.
- A valid work permit and already living in the Netherlands.

- Salary: starting full–time salary of: €4.324 – €4.724 gross per month, depending on education/work experience. This is a full-time, 5 days per week (37.5 hours) role. A contract of twelve months will be offered initially with the expectation of extending. Preferably available to start as soon as possible.
- Bonus: end of year bonus based on performance, paid-out in December.
