Influencing key stakeholders: designing a compelling case for internationalisation

  • Tuesday 24 Sept
  • Room 3D, Level 0, Messukeskus Expo and Convention Centre
  • Level: intermediate
  • €299 (€399 for non-members)
  • Related Expert Communities Strategy and Management

Creating a compelling argument for internationalisation that’s underpinned by a robust strategic plan can help you to secure allies, build support and mobilise resources. At the same time, developing a case statement enables you to provide consistent messaging to those individuals working to promote international engagement, as well as for institutional leaders to use in their public statements. In this practical and interactive workshop, you will design an evidence-based case statement that’s specific to your institution and then present it to other workshop participants for their feedback. Expect to leave this enriching and reflective session in possession of a tangible action plan and a list of allies and key stakeholders.
