Sarae Pratt
Sarae Pratt is an experienced leadership coach, facilitator and senior leader with over 22 years’ experience designing and delivering development for individuals and teams across higher education, business schools and global organisations. She specialises in empowering employees and teams in leadership, confidence, resilience and authentic presence. Her approach blends coaching and learning psychology with embodiment to help individuals grow sustainably and lead well in complex environments.
An ICF Professional Certified Coach and former Associate Director at Oxford Saïd Business School, Sarae also served as MBA Programme Lead at London Business School. She now works across the UK and Europe, partnering with employers to grow capability at every level.
