AroundLink is a next-generation SaaS platform designed to simplify, standardise and centralise the management of international student mobility for higher education institutions.
Beyond Erasmus Without Paper compliance, AroundLink provides institutions with a common and structured framework for managing inter-institutional agreements, bilateral partnerships and all types of international mobility programmes. It helps international offices standardise their processes, reduce fragmented exchanges and manage mobility data more consistently across their partner network.
Dedicated interfaces are available for institutions, their teams and their partner universities. These shared spaces centralise agreements, contacts, nominations, documents, deadlines and key mobility information, making collaboration between partner institutions smoother, faster and more transparent.
The platform enables international offices to manage outgoing and incoming mobility programmes, partner universities, student applications, wishes and allocations, documents, communications, deadlines and reporting from one centralised workspace. It also supports Erasmus Without Paper processes, helping institutions reduce duplicate data entry, automate administrative tasks and improve regulatory compliance.
Students benefit from a dedicated mobile application where they can explore and compare destinations, submit and rank their wishes, follow every stage of their mobility, access documents, complete required tasks and receive personalised updates.
