Using benchmarking as a strategic tool to manage internationalisation

The workshop is an innovative approach to building the strategy of your institution’s internationalisation. The workshop seeks to answer the most relevant questions on benchmarking and how to use it strategically as a tool to enhance and promote internationalisation. We will consider different aspects such as selection criteria for benchmarking partners, identifying data sources and carrying out the analysis, defining outcomes of the benchmarking process, transforming them into actionable items and linking them to your institutional strategy. Overall, we will look at benchmarking as a strategic improvement tool for decision-making in internationalisation, by incorporating participants' experience into the learning outcomes.
