- Advising and supporting international students, lecturers, staff, and guests (e.g. visa applications, arrival, transfers, housing options)
- Coordinating incoming student mobility (data management, course selection, document processing)
- Independently conducting information sessions and presentations for students in English
- Organising and delivering events and excursions for international students and guests
- Developing and organising short-term mobility programmes for IMC students as well as short programmes for international students
- Organising and implementing events within projects of the International Relations department
- Administrative tasks within the International Relations department
You have a globally minded profile
- Completed commercial education (upper secondary school diploma)
- Very good MS Office skills
- Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to inspire and engage students and to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Strong organisational skills as well as an independent and structured working style
- Enjoyment of working in an international and dynamic environment

IMC Krems is not subject to a collective agreement. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary starting at EUR 34,300 based on full-time employment (40 hours per week). Employment is also possible on a part-time basis (minimum 30 hours per week). Depending on professional qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to offer a higher salary.
